Sasha & Sadie "my heinz 57's"

These are both rescued dogs, Sasha was dumped by the side of the motorway in the U.K with other puppies and mother. Sadie was on death row in the U.K. I got these guys from Sue Vidamore that runs Animal Aid in Guernsey.

A friend of mine managed to save this hedgehog from the road this evening up in St Martins, so we ended up taking it to a friend of mine who runs The Jersey Hedgehog Preservation Group.Usually its always best to place the hedgehog back in the wild in the area it was found out of harms way but this little individual was seen running around in broad daylight. We found out from Dru that this hedgehog is under weight and had the sniffles.It had also come into close with a hedge strimmer as some of its bristles had been sheared. The muddy patch on top we couldnt make out, unless it had fallen somehow landing on its back.
If your going to feed hedgehogs, give them Whiskas Supermeat

One place that i have never really visited was Grosnez Castle. Even though its a ruin, i loved visiting the place this evening.
