I see what you mean! No, the Sparrow Hawk was hovering over a field near St Catherines. The angle the bird was in, i couldnt get a closer shot because of all the under growth. The Cheeky little dog appeared out of its hole from above the Cafe at St Catherines where i took the piccies of the Triumph...
What i did get to see this evening was two Barn Owls, one of them seems to be in the road quite abit which is worrying...

Last few days the weather hasnt been very good and the darker nights are drawing in. This evening on our way down to St Ouens Bay on Jubilee Hill, i saw this Barn Owl sitting on the wall at the side of the road, so at the last minute my friend turned the car around and then found it standing on the road side. Not a very good pic as it was dark and the pic was taken through the windscreen of the car but it was nice to get something before it took flight.
